Is your product Faulty?

We offer a 30 day return warranty period on all adult products, but your product may also come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

If you believe that your product is faulty, please contact our friendly customer service team. By contacting us first this gives us the option to troubleshoot you with clear and concise warranty claim instructions tailored to your situation.

Before you do contact us try some of the basic troubleshoot tips below:

If battery operated

• Ensure you are using the right battery
• Try new batteries
• Ensure batteries inserted correctly
• Hold the power button for 3-5 secs to turn on.

If rechargeable

• Ensure the light is illuminating when charger is connected
• Ensure it is fully charged
• Hold the power button for 3-5 secs.

If your product arrived faulty, please contact our friendly customer service team within 30 days of purchase.

We will not accept returns on worn or improper laundering of the garment. Please follow the care instructions carefully.

Change of Mind

Due to the intimacy of nature, we are unable to accept returns on any of our adult products for change of mind. We value the health and wellbeing of our customers and guarantee that products purchased are new and shipped directly from our warehouse to you.

We value our customers happiness and if you do have any concerns feel free to contact our friendly customer service staff. Wrong size garment, not the right style or unwanted gift?

We offer a 30 day return on lingerie and costumes for change of mind or unsuitability from the date of purchase, however we will only accept returns if:

• Returned in original undamaged packaging/box
• Intact tags, still attached to garment
• Not worn/used
• Damaged or soiled
• Not be altered in anyway.

Refunds

We will process the refunds via the same payment method of the final price you paid for the item. It may take 3-5 business day to enter your account once we have processed the refund.
