Shipping & Delivery

1. FAST AND DISCREET

At LoveShanna, we pride ourselves on our fast and discreet dispatch service, giving our fun-loving customers the experience of a hassle-free as soon as possible transaction.

For a same day dispatch order before 2pm Monday to Friday. However, if you missed the 2pm cut off, or your order was unable to be dispatched that same day, rest assured it will leave our warehouse the next business day.

If you need your order urgently, we highly recommend you contact our customer service team for assistance via customercare@loveshanna.com.au or our contact page.

We use various delivery carriers AusPost, DHL & Sendle. You can watch your order from the warehouse to your front door, we will email you a tracking link and tracking number on the day of dispatch.

You order will be shipped in a discreet box or envelope. It will not reference LoveShanna or what was ordered.

2. AUSSIE DELIVERIES

For Loveshanna Customers

Sydney: 1-2 business days
TAS, ACT, SA, QLD, VIC, NSW: 2-5 business days
NT, WA: 2-7 business days

Some deliveries may take longer than stated depending on the area, especially outside the metropolitan areas. We cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost or stolen from the delivery address. However, we will assist in rectifying any delivery issues with the postal service.

At Look, we provide FREE delivery to any address within Global.

3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here.

We are currently delivering to New Zealand & USA, with a shipping cost of $28.

On the front, we can deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly, and safely. So, if you do not live in a mentioned country pls email us and we can sort out the delivery charges for you.

4. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
